So you had a bad day.

You messed up.

That just means you're human and more importantly you're FLAWSOME!

Embrace your flaws because they are awesome teachers. Flaws help you not repeat your mistakes, but instead, learn from them.

Your job is to stay alert to the teachable moments that happen when you could have done better, and use those moments to be better.

Maya Angelou said, "When you know better, you do better".

Now you know better, and I think you are FLAWSOME!
